Job summary

UDR Consulting, INC in Charleston, West Virginia seeks a CRM Application Analyst to optimize CRM tools, configure workflows, and build dashboards. You will gather requirements from business teams, support users, and ensure data quality across systems.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years’ CRM experience (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics), strong SQL, data modeling, Power BI, and ASP.NET/JavaScript/C# development exposure, plus excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on work with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and reporting tools like Power BI.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical ideas to non-technical business workers.
• Minimum of three (3) years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM development experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of web development with ASP.NET, Visual Studio (version 2008 or higher), .NET Framework 2.0+, JavaScript and C#.
• Minimum of two (2) years with ASP.NET MVC, WCF, jQuery and jQuery.
• Minimum of two (2) years with SQL Server.
• Minimum of two (2) years Data Design/Data Modeling experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years Analysis and Design experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year with Microsoft SharePoint Services/Server and Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• System Configuration: Set up and optimize CRM tools, workflows, and automated tasks.
• Data Analysis: Build custom reports and dashboards to track sales, customer retention, and trends.
• Requirements Gathering: Talk with company teams to find out what features they need in the software.
• User Support: Troubleshoot system errors and train staff members on how to use the platform.
• Data Hygiene: Clean up bad data and make sure customer information stays accurate.
