Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or MIS; strong communication; problem-solving.
• Experience with JavaScript and/or C# fundamentals.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON data structures.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
• Experience with debugging and troubleshooting tools.
• Interest in Power BI, Dynamics, or low-code platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support technical operations: troubleshoot, configure systems, and support installations.
• Contribute to projects: software development, cybersecurity, data analysis, or infra.
• Provide end-user support: resolve tickets and assist users.
• Document IT processes and help testing/implementation.
• Collaborate across teams and participate in meetings.
• Hands-on experience in real-world IT environments and workflows.
• Mentorship and coaching from a dedicated mentor assigned to you.
• Present project outcomes and reflect on learning with BTS leadership.
