Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, MIS, Software/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience with JavaScript and/or C# fundamentals.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and browser developer tools.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Assist with IT operations, including troubleshooting and configuration support.
• Contribute to projects across software development, cybersecurity, data analysis, or infrastructure.
• Provide end‑user support and resolve technical inquiries with a service mindset.
• Document IT processes, assist in testing and implementation, and support process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders on team goals.
