Job summary

Trantor is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and exposure to Customer Insights, CCaaS, Sales, and Marketing solutions. The role spans both functional requirements and technical implementation, collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional roles.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing Dynamics 365.
• Experience with AMS/application support and incident resolution.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform.
• Experience with Power Automate, workflows, forms, views, SLAs.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and Dynamics 365 integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 based on business requirements.
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement fixes or enhancements.
• Translate requirements from business stakeholders into Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Support Customer Service, CCaaS, Customer Insights, Sales, and Marketing capabilities.
• Develop and configure workflows, business rules, forms, views, dashboards, queues, SLAs.
• Work with Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Automate, and integrations/APIs.
• Participate in enhancement projects, releases, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation and knowledge management.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled improvements within Dynamics 365 and CX processes.
