Job summary

TECHOAUTH SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales/Service Tech/Functional Consultant located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This full-time role involves both technical and functional responsibilities in CRM implementation and support.

Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, customizing Dynamics 365, providing training to end-users, and troubleshooting issues. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields, along with proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze new and changing business requirements for the Dynamics 365 CRM system.
• Configure and customize the Dynamics 365 CRM system to meet changing business needs.
• Develop and implement technical solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM as needed.
• Provide training and support to end‑users.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support.
• Perform system testing and quality assurance for any changes and updates.
• Stay up to date with the latest updates and features in Dynamics 365.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the CRM system.
