Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Finance Consultant

We are currently representing a rapidly growing digital advisory organization seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Finance Consultant to join their Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) team. This team plays a crucial role in supporting EBA strategy and implementation, as well as Business Transformation and Operational Excellence efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining needs for existing and new EBA solutions.
• Document enterprise business applications, processes, and impacted personas.
• Identify inefficiencies, improvement opportunities, and critical business requirements.
• Develop representations of recommended future state options for client evaluation.
• Design and develop evaluation scorecards and dashboard presentations.
• Perform functional solution design in Microsoft D365 and related contexts.
• Gain a deep understanding of client needs and propose value-driven solutions.
• Support and manage aspects of business applications implementations.
• Provide functional support for EBA solutions and related technologies.
• Foster a positive team environment and provide mentorship as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and five (5) or more years of industry experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX, or High School Diploma/GED and seven (7) or more years of industry experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX.
• Five (5) or more years of business process analysis and/or business application education or experience.
• Two (2) or more years of education or experience with ERP products.
• Some client-facing best practice consulting experience preferred.

Software:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX.
• Familiarity with enterprise software strategy, selection, and implementation.
• Experience with Smartsheet preferred.
• One or more current business applications technology certifications preferred.
