Position:: ServiceNow Business Process Consultant – Finance & Procurement

Location :: Remote

Long term :: Contract (400 Hr. - approx. 16 hours/week)

Required:

We’re seeking a seasoned Finance & Procurement Transformational Consultant with deep expertise in ServiceNow’s Finance and Supply Chain Workflows. This role will drive the design, implementation, and optimization of source-to-pay and finance operations processes, leveraging ServiceNow modules such as Procurement Service Management, Supplier Lifecycle Management, and Finance Operations Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the functional expert for finance and procurement workflows within the ServiceNow platform
• Lead process design sessions, translating business needs into scalable platform solutions
• Provide deep domain in areas such as Finance Shared Services + Products (i.e. Workspace, Finance Cases, Finance Catalog, Finance KBs, VA conversations, SLAs)
• Collaborate with delivery teams to configure and deploy modules like PSM, SLM, and FOM
• Partner with finance, procurement, and vendor management stakeholders to optimize operational efficiency
• Ensure integration with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, FICO, JDE) and compliance with internal controls

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in finance/procurement operations; 3+ years ServiceNow experience preferred
• Strong understanding of source-to-pay, AP, vendor onboarding, and financial case management
• Experience with ServiceNow implementation and integration best practices
