• Utilize expertise in ServiceNow finance and procurement workflows, including process design and finance shared services (workspace finance cases, finance catalog, finance knowledge bases, virtual agent conversations).
• Work with Procurement Service Management (PSM), Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM), and Finance Operations Management (FOM).
• Provide guidance on ERP integration, including SAP, FICO, and JDE, ensuring compliance with finance and procurement standards.
• Support Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, accounts payable (AP), vendor onboarding, and financial case management.
• Leverage 8+ years of experience in finance, procurement, or supply chain domains.
• Apply a minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically in finance and procurement modules.
• Use ServiceNow certifications such as CSA (Certified System Administrator), CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) x2, and BPC (Business Process Consultant).
• Demonstrate experience with S2P ServiceNow Supply Chain and Workflow Data Fabric Micro-certification.
• Exhibit excellent communication and consultancy skills, able to clearly engage with stakeholders and clients.
• Work independently in a remote, part-time capacity (15 hours per week), on a 6+ month contract.
• This is a business process consultant role, not a developer role.
