Project Overview:

The Chief Financial Officer of a services firm is seeking an expert consultant to evaluate how their Finance Department is currently using Microsoft Dynamics 365. The goal is to assess the system's effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and uncover opportunities to better leverage its capabilities. A potential follow-on phase may include assisting with the implementation of the recommended improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 within the Finance Department.
• Identify inefficiencies, underutilized features, or integration gaps in the current setup.
• Recommend enhancements and best practices to optimize finance workflows, reporting, and data utilization.
• Present a summary report to the CFO and key stakeholders, including findings and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in its finance-related functionalities
• Strong background in finance
• Ability to communicate findings and technical concepts clearly to finance and executive stakeholders.
