Job summary

Conexess Group in Traverse City, MI seeks an experienced Lead Engineer (Software Engineer III) to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse, Power Platform and Power Apps. The role blends hands-on engineering with technical leadership (80/20) to ensure high-quality, maintainable systems across the team.

Qualifications

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer in Dynamics 365/Power Platform/Power Apps.
Expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales and Dataverse, Power Automate and Power Apps.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics and Power Platform.
Experience with Git-based version control and ALM on Power Platform.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
On-call duty including nights/weekends for Broad Arrow Auctions.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of Dynamics 365 Sales and Dataverse solutions.
Implement Power Automate workflows to streamline processes.
Develop Power Apps canvas and model-driven apps.
Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for deployments.
Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.
Collaborate with architecture, product, and Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery.
