Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Dynamics CRM specialist in the Tysons area to design and deliver case management solutions with the technical team. You will gather requirements, translate them into actionable designs, and contribute across all phases of CRM implementations.

The role requires US citizenship, the ability to obtain a clearance, and at least four years of enterprise CRM experience. A hybrid work setup and travel up to 25% are expected.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required for this role.
• Ability to obtain a clearance US equivalent Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of FOUR (4) years of professional experience.
• Minimum of TWO (2) years of experience implementing and managing CRM solutions at an enterprise level (Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365).
• Selected candidate must be able to work in a hybrid environment and travel up to 25%.
• Experience evaluating, designing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, often working on-site to help customers deploy their solutions.
• Experience translating technical information into easy-to-understand business concepts.
• Experience developing and deploying business applications using Microsoft's Dynamics Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Work with the technical team to design and deliver case management solutions within required timelines, identifying risks and mitigating them during the design phase.
• Be responsible for high-quality project outcomes and collaborate closely with the client, Project Leads, Architects, and Business Analysts.
• Gather technical requirements and propose solutions based on client architectural and business needs.
• Contribute to Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy.
• Travel to multiple customer locations for demos and meetings when required.
