Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Order Management Specialist to oversee the order lifecycle from onboarding to fulfillment and post-sale support. You will ensure accuracy, timely updates, and exceptional customer service while coordinating with Purchasing, Production, Shipping, and Finance teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Excel is required, along with 2+ years in order management or related roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in order management, customer service, or operations.
• Experience in technology, equipment sales, or distribution environments preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Strong understanding of sales orders (SOs), purchase orders (POs), and service order workflows.
• Experience collaborating with Purchasing, Production, Shipping/Logistics, and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer onboarding and account setup.
• Review and process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Validate, update, and maintain order information in Dynamics 365.
• Perform compliance and credit checks while maintaining documentation per company policies.
• Coordinate order status and shipment updates with vendors, suppliers, and 3PL partners.
• Provide customers with order updates, expected ship dates, and issue resolution throughout the order lifecycle.
• Process sales orders, vendor receipts, and invoicing activities.
• Manage escalations and exceptions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Support invoicing, customer credits, and billing adjustments.
• Maintain accurate records of order transactions, communications, and changes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
