The Lead Consultant is responsible for CRM / D365 CE OOTB, configuration, overseeing the configuration and out-of-the-box functionalities of CRM / D365 CE. The primary focus is on streamlining processes and optimizing the CRM system to meet business requirements effectively.

1. Configure and customize CRM / D365 CE out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionalities to align with business needs.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.
