Job summary

Keel Infrastructure in Pittsburgh is seeking a Finance Systems Administrator to own the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central stack, partnering with Finance, Accounting, and IT.

In this role you will lead ERP deployments end-to-end, develop AL extensions, build integrations, and ensure data integrity with SOX-aligned controls while training users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years administering an ERP system with Dynamics 365 BC (or Dynamics NAV).
• End-to-end ERP or finance system implementation experience.
• Ability to write/modify code in AL language and extensions.
• Knowledge of SOX controls and IT audit readiness.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills.
• French/English bilingualism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer Dynamics 365 BC: users, security, master data, workflows, and configuration.
• Lead ERP implementation projects from requirements to go-live and documentation.
• Develop AL extensions and custom reports; manage version control and releases.
• Build and maintain integrations between BC and other systems (banking, AP, BI).
• Support reporting and data integrity for FP&A; monitor data quality.
• Apply system controls and support ITAC testing with auditors.
• Provide end-user training and create SOPs and job aids.
