Job summary

Interparfums USA, LLC is seeking a Dynamics 365 Systems Administrator to manage Dynamics 365 Business Central, security, workflows, and ERP modules across inventory, financials, and purchasing. You will coordinate data flows with 3PL partners and oversee upgrades and releases in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires 3+ years of BC administration experience, Power Platform knowledge, and the ability to bridge technical and business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience administering or implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with strong knowledge of ERP functionality and business processes.
• Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power Platform, or Azure certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support Dynamics 365 Business Central—users, security, workflows, and ERP modules.
• Manage data between Business Central and 3PL systems, including imports/exports and deduplication.
• Analyze requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, coordinate with IT service providers.
• Support ERP upgrades, implementations, environment refreshes, and production releases.
• Monitor Azure Logic Apps and integration services for Dynamics 365, EDI, portals, and third-party systems.
• Ensure dataflow reliability via integration monitoring and security.
• Maintain documentation per change-management standards.
• Coordinate testing across ERP and integrations (SIT, UAT).
