Job summary

McLane Global is seeking a Dynamics 365 Administrator to oversee Finance, SCM, and Warehouse Management configurations in Houston. You will monitor system health, coordinate deployments, and support warehouse operations across multiple sites to ensure accurate inventory, order fulfillment, and data integrity.

The role requires hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance/Operations, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to business users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IS/CS/SCM/Business.
• 3+ years in Dynamics 365 Finance/Operations with SCM/WM.
• Experience supporting multi-site warehouse operations.
• Manage security, permissions, configurations, incidents.
• ERP upgrades, testing, and UAT experience.
• Knowledge of inventory, warehouse workflows, batch traceability.
• Proficient in Excel; familiar with Power BI/Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Administer Dynamics 365 Finance, SCM, and WM configurations, workflows, system parameters, and settings.
• Monitor health, batch jobs, and performance; investigate failures and resolve.
• Manage incidents, prioritize issues by impact, and communicate status.
• Coordinate updates, deployments, and environment refreshes; maintain change logs.
• Manage configuration changes across dev/test/prod with approvals.
• Support receiving, putaway, replenishment, and inventory transfers in Dynamics 365.
• Support order planning, wave processing, and warehouse work creation with ops.
• Maintain warehouse setup: locations, templates, item tracking, and status controls.
