Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve ERP support tickets within D365 F&O and integrated ISV applications.
• Troubleshoot issues, replicate scenarios, and identify root causes.
• Coordinate with external developers and consultants to resolve system gaps and implement enhancements.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data migrations, and training.
