GFS Chemicals, Inc. is looking for an ERP Support Specialist in Powell, Ohio. The role involves troubleshooting D365 F&O ERP support tickets and analyzing business needs for effective solutions. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and experience with D365F&O.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in ERP support preferred.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics D365 Finance/Supply Chain are preferred.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms and SQL Reporting Services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve ERP support tickets in D365 F&O and integrated ISVs.
• Conduct business process analysis and translate requirements into functional design documents.
• Deliver end-user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
