Job summary

Sarnova is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer in Dublin, OH to design, build, and deploy ERP customizations and integrations. You will own the end-to-end development lifecycle, enforce coding standards, and guide architectural decisions within the ERP ecosystem.

The role requires 8+ years in software development with 4+ years in D365 F&O, strong X++ expertise, and hands-on experience with Visual Studio, LCS, and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience with 4+ years on Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (or Dynamics AX 2012).
• Experience leading end-to-end technical design and delivery of ERP enhancements or implementations.
• Advanced proficiency in X++ development within D365 F&O framework (extensions, classes, forms, tables, workflows, security, batch jobs).
• Strong experience with Visual Studio, LCS, and source control through Azure DevOps.
• Proven experience building integrations using data entities, OData, custom services, Business Events, Logic Apps, Azure Functions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom extensions and enhancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O using X++.
• Serve as technical lead for ERP development initiatives, guiding designs and ensuring best practices.
• Build and maintain ERP integrations using data entities, OData, and Azure services.
• Own code promotion across environments, managing branches, builds, and releases via Azure DevOps and LCS.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in D365 F&O and participate in on-call rotation.
