Job summary

Visionet Systems Inc. in Los Angeles seeks an experienced D365 ERP Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-level Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP projects.

You will manage ERP implementations, system integrations, and data migrations with cross-functional, geographically distributed teams. The role requires expert program management across onsite, onshore, and offshore resources, leveraging Sure Step, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.

Qualifications

• 10 years of enterprise ERP project and program management experience.
• 5+ years as Technical Project Manager leading large Dynamics 365 ERP projects.
• Experience with Sure Step, Agile, Hybrid, or comparable methodologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Success by Design guidelines for Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Practical working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate resources to meet delivery commitments.
• Experience managing global project teams across onsite, onshore, and offshore locations.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical, business, and customer teams.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience leading complex ERP transformation initiatives in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation, integration, and data migration projects from initiation through delivery.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate project resources across onsite, onshore, and offshore teams to ensure effective utilization and timely delivery.
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies, including Microsoft Sure Step, Agile, and Hybrid approaches.
• Follow Microsoft Success by Design guidelines and best practices for Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and drive resolution in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committee discussions, and executive updates, including communication with CIOs, CTOs, and other senior stakeholders.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Success by Design guidelines for Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Practical working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Proven ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate project resources to optimize utilization and meet delivery commitments.
• Experience managing global project teams across onsite, onshore, and offshore locations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical, business, and customer teams.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or an equivalent project management certification.
• Experience leading complex ERP transformation initiatives within enterprise environments.
