Job Summary

Cambay Solutions is looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with a background in ERP implementations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM). The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience managing IT projects in a consulting environment, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycles, project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver ERP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM projects within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate with functional consultants, technical developers, business analysts, solution architects, and client stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, resource allocation, budgets, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and effective stakeholder management.
• Conduct project status meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate project updates to internal teams and clients.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, KPIs, and timelines to ensure successful execution.
• Identify potential risks and bottlenecks and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage scope changes, project documentation, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams to align project outcomes with business objectives.
• Support change management, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment planning, and project closure activities.
• Work effectively in a consulting environment, managing multiple stakeholders and adapting to changing client requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in a Project Manager role within an IT consulting, technology services, or system integration company.
• Experience managing ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, or integration projects.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM), Dynamics 365 Finance, Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, or similar ERP platforms.
• Understanding of ERP business processes such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
• Experience with project planning, scheduling, resource management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects in a deadline-driven consulting environment.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, documentation, and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) implementation teams.
• Exposure to project delivery methodologies used in ERP consulting and system integration engagements.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams and international clients.
• Familiarity with ERP integrations, data migration, testing cycles, and go-live planning.
