Job summary

Shearer’s Foods, Massillon, OH, is seeking an ERP Business Analyst to own the technical configuration, integration support, and operational health of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SC platform and connected systems. The role emphasizes data flows between D365 and Boomi, warehouse management, AP automation, and reporting.

You will work with end-users and technical teams to resolve integration issues, implement optimizations, and support security configurations under supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement and ERP knowledge.
• 2–5 years experience in ERP administration, integration support, or similar.
• Understanding of ERP concepts, data flows, and cross-system integration.
• Experience with APIs, EDI, SFTP, and middleware/iPaaS.
• SQL proficiency for data analysis across systems.
• Knowledge of core business processes like Mfg to Deliver, P2P, and O2C.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health of the Dynamics 365 F&SC platform and its integrations daily.
• Troubleshoot failed transactions, interface errors, and data discrepancies.
• Configure and maintain data integrations using D365 data entities, OData, and Boomi.
• Develop and tune data import/export packages end-to-end.
• Configure D365 settings, parameters, and workflows.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to analyze data and diagnose discrepancies.
• Collaborate with users and external partners for UAT and upgrades.
• Maintain D365 security configurations under guidance of ERP Architect.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
