You will drive data standards, model data for integration, monitor data quality, and mentor junior analysts while delivering BI insights for better decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Data Management, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data management or a related field; Master Data Management experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., D365, SAP, Oracle) and data governance.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations, security policies, and industry standards.
• Ability to identify process improvements, automate data flows, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management and continuous improvement of master data processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to align master data with business needs.
• Develop and enforce data governance frameworks and standards.
• Oversee data quality, cleansing, validation, auditing, and issue resolution.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to set up and maintain master data records in ERP and other systems.
• Generate data quality reports, KPIs, and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Manage data-related projects, timelines, and resource allocation.
