Job summary

S+H Search seeks an Accounting Analyst to bridge accounting, finance and IT, focusing on ERP systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You will translate finance requirements into ERP solutions and support integration of acquisitions into D365, while analyzing workflows across finance, manufacturing, and supply chain.

This on-site role in the Greater Chattanooga area offers growth as ERP capabilities expand and processes are standardized across operating companies.

Qualifications

Experience supporting ERP and financial systems.
Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
Experience with ERP integrations and acquisitions.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Support and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
Translate finance and business requirements into ERP solutions.
Lead ERP integration of acquired companies into D365.
Analyze and improve finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and operational workflows.
Document processes, troubleshoot issues, and support enhancements.
Standardize business processes across operating companies.
Partner with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, vendors, and implementation partners.
Lead projects as ERP process owner.
Develop testing plans, training materials, and user guides.
Train and support end users and drive adoption.
