Next Level Business Services Inc. is seeking a CRM Admin/Developer in St. Louis for a contract-to-hire role. The candidate will manage user access, roles, and CRM configurations, and collaborate with business users to translate requirements into CRM solutions.

The position requires at least 2 years of Dynamics CRM experience, familiarity with Power Apps, and strong communication skills to bridge business and technical teams. Banking operations knowledge, Jira, and Agile practices are a plus.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator/Developer experience.
• Knowledge of Power Apps or ability to learn other programming languages supported by Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with both business and technical users.
• Understanding of banking operation principles, Jira, Agile methodology, and querying tools.
• Team oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, and permissions.
• Conduct Dynamics CRM configuration changes, including workflows, fields, page layouts, record types, and dashboards/reports.
• Communicate with business users to understand system requirements and processes.
• Design, develop and maintain the overall architecture of Dynamics CRM based applications for internal users.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions.
• Conduct ongoing research on latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM technologies.
• Review system documentation and enforce project deadlines, schedules, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with QA to review testing results and issues.
