Job summary

ValueMomentum, Inc. is seeking a Contract to Hire Dynamics CRM Administrator/Developer in St. Louis, MO. The role focuses on configuring and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM, managing users and licenses, and designing CRM architecture for internal users.

You will collaborate with business users and technical teams, troubleshoot issues, and stay current with Dynamics CRM technologies. A BS in CS/IT and Dynamics 365 certs are preferred, with 2+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator/Developer experience.
• Knowledge of Power Apps or ability to learn other MS Dynamics 365 languages.
• Strong communication skills with business users and technical teams.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in technology transformation projects.
• Ability to work with external (vendor) customers.
• Understanding of Jira, Agile methodology and querying tools.
• Team oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate user and license management including new user setup, roles, profiles, and permissions.
• Configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM: workflows, fields, page layouts, record types, dashboards and reports.
• Communicate requirements with Dynamics 365 users to understand processes.
• Design, develop and maintain Dynamics CRM architecture for internal users.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions; conduct research on Dynamics CRM technologies.
• Assist in enforcing project deadlines and methodologies; coordinate with QA on testing results.
• Prepare system documentation per MS Dynamics CRM processes.
