Frontline Source Group – Nationwide Staffing & Executive Search is seeking an experienced CRM Administrator in Irving, Texas. This role focuses on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related Microsoft platforms to drive adoption, improve workflows, and support business performance through technology.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM administration experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM across multiple business functions
• Configure entities, forms, fields, dashboards, workflows, and views
• Manage CRM users, permissions, security roles, environments, and system settings
• Provide hands‑on support and troubleshooting for CRM users across departments
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility
• Support CRM integrations with ERP systems including IntelliDealer and Dynamics Customer Insights
• Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors on CRM initiatives
• Drive CRM adoption, user engagement, and process consistency throughout the organization
• Monitor data quality, system integrity, duplication management, and reporting accuracy
• Document CRM configurations, enhancements, processes, and platform updates
• Stay current on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform best practices
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and long‑term CRM platform development
