Job summary

Enavate is a US-based IT company and a Microsoft Gold Partner seeking a CE and Power Platform Functional Consultant (contractor) based in the United States. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions across Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, and Insights, with Power Platform and Copilot Agents.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business needs into effective solutions while ensuring successful

Qualifications

Strong experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service.
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys and Customer Service.
Experience building solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate.
Experience implementing Power Pages and/or Copilot Agents is a plus.
Strong understanding of CRM processes, automation, and customer engagement solutions.
Experience with data migration, integrations, and system configuration within the Dynamics ecosystem.
Ability to work independently in a client-facing consulting role.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Solution Design: Translate business needs into effective Dynamics 365 CE solutions and provide guidance on best practices.
Implementation & Delivery: Configure Dynamics 365 modules and design Power Platform solutions to automate processes; support integrations and deployments.
Collaboration & Practice Support: Work with architects, developers, and PMs; assist with pre-sales discussions and knowledge sharing.
