Job summary
Enavate in Tampa, FL is seeking a CE and Power Platform Functional Consultant to join our delivery team as a contractor based in the United States. You will design, implement, and optimize Dynamics 365 CE solutions across Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, and Customer Insights, leveraging the Power Platform.
The role emphasizes advisory work, hands-on configuration, integrations, and collaboration with distributed teams.
Qualifications
- Strong experience implementing Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service.
- Hands-on with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys and Customer Service.
- Experience building solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience with Power Pages and Copilot Agents is a plus.
- CRM processes, automation, and data migration experience.
Responsibilities
- Client advisory and solution design to translate business needs into Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Implement and configure Dynamics 365 modules and Power Platform solutions.
- Design integrations and support pre-go-live activities.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and project managers.
- Provide post-go-live support and knowledge sharing.
