Job summary

OnActuate Consulting Inc. is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer to design, customize, integrate, and support enterprise D365 CE applications and Power Pages portals. Remote role with availability during Eastern Time business hours.

You'll work with solution architects, consultants, security specialists, and client stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure CRM solutions, applying Azure Functions, Logic Apps, REST APIs, and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development experience.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Platform ALM, and environment management.
• Experience with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, REST APIs, and system integrations.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and Power Platform solution deployment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power Pages portals and model-driven Power Apps.
• Develop integrations using Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and REST APIs.
• Manage solution deployment, source control, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git.
• Troubleshoot production issues, resolve defects, and ensure application performance and stability.
• Support production incident resolution, root cause analysis, testing, release management, environment configuration, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams and client stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

OnActuate is looking to hire a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer with hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Microsoft Azure technologies.

The selected candidates will be responsible for developing, customizing, integrating, maintaining, and supporting enterprise-level Dynamics 365 CE applications and Power Pages portals.

The role involves working with complex CRM implementations supporting case management, member management, licensing processes, and regulatory operations. Candidates should have strong development skills, experience troubleshooting production issues, and familiarity with Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and enterprise integrations.

The developers will collaborate with solution architects, functional consultants, security specialists, and client stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Good to Have:

• Dataverse security roles and permissions
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-400 preferred)
• Experience in enterprise or regulatory environments.
