Job summary

Kforce Inc in Dallas, TX is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Functional SME + Configuration to design, configure, and enhance CRM workflows, data models, and forms across sales, service, marketing, and customer insights.

You will develop low-code/no-code solutions, gather requirements from business stakeholders, and own the functional roadmap while coordinating with technical teams for integrations and deployments. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with CRM or enterprise business applications, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform certifications are preferred.
• Strong functional knowledge of CRM capabilities including sales, customer service, marketing, and customer data management.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Experience with requirements gathering, business process mapping, functional configuration, and solution design.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale CRM implementations, enhancements, and application support.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and enhance CRM workflows, data models, forms, business rules, views, and other platform features.
• Configure and support customer-facing capabilities across sales, service, marketing, customer insights, and related business functions.
• Develop low-code/no-code solutions and process automation using platform tools and workflow technologies.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate processes, and translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
• Own the functional application roadmap and assess the impact of platform releases and enhancements.
• Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and external partners on integrations and custom solutions when needed.
• Establish and maintain configuration, governance, documentation, and platform best practices.
• Coordinate functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Support ongoing application enhancements, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
