Qualifications

• 5–8 years of CE consulting experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules.
• Experience with Power Platform.
• Experience creating & managing work backlogs and writing User Stories.
• Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Experience delivering projects via hybrid waterfall/agile methodologies including Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for CE solutions.
• Configure Dynamics 365 CE modules and components.
• Lead UAT, training, and user adoption activities.
• Support integrations and data migration validation.
• Act as functional escalation point for issues.
