Job summary

Avanade Inc. in Houston, TX seeks a Dynamics CE Functional Lead to translate client CRM needs into solutions, working with Avanade delivery teams and stakeholders to design and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform implementations.

A bachelor’s degree and at least four years’ CRM experience are required, including Dynamics 365 configuration, business analysis, and a track record with Agile projects. Global travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, plus four (4) years CRM business analysis experience.
• 3+ years configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems and business solutions.
• 3+ years of Power Platform experience including SQL, Power BI, SharePoint, Azure, Power Apps, etc.
• 3+ years of client-facing experience using formal delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Microsoft Certified in Dynamics 365 Fundamentals is required.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into CRM solutions with delivery teams.
• Coordinate with client leadership, end users and IT staff to design and configure CRM solutions.
• Gather system requirements and own requirements management.
• Assist with transferring functional requirements to development and test teams.
• Implement patches and upgrades with stakeholders and support end-users.
