Proven success in transforming Dynamics 365 CE environments.
Hands-on technical expertise with Dynamics 365 CE, configuration and development.
CRM analytics, customer intelligence, and dashboard/report development.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales and Leadership teams to strategize CRM adoption and streamline business processes.
Design and implement intuitive sales dashboards and user experiences within Dynamics 365 CE.
Build leadership views that highlight activities, performance metrics, and pipeline visibility.
Develop customer health dashboards with insights into engagement, spending trends, and opportunity pipeline.
Create customer snapshot reports consolidating account history, spending trends, communications, and insights.
