Opus Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead a major Dynamics 365 CE transformation, bridging business stakeholders and development teams. You will define the product vision, shape the roadmap, and prioritise initiatives to deliver measurable business value across CRM and customer-facing platforms.

Competenze

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Experience gathering, documenting, prioritising business requirements.
• Ownership of product backlogs, user stories, and roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and Scrum.
• Experience working with development teams to deliver solutions.
• Track record of platform enhancements and continuous improvement.

• Own and manage the D365 CE product roadmap and backlog.
• Work with stakeholders across functions to understand strategic priorities.
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and deliverables.
