Job summary

NEOSTEK, Inc. is seeking a skilled D365 Functional Analyst to configure, test, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement on a federal contract. You will translate approved requirements into CRM configurations, create forms, views, rules, and dashboards, and validate work against acceptance criteria.

Experience with Power Platform is highly desirable. Role requires U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust.

Qualifications

• Experience performing functional analysis and testing of enterprise CRM or business applications.
• Ability to translate requirements into CRM configurations and test scenarios.
• Experience configuring Dynamics 365 CRM including entities/tables, forms, views, workflows, security roles, dashboards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Power Platform technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate).

Responsibilities

• Analyze approved stories and requirements for clarity and fit with Dynamics 365 capabilities.
• Configure and support Dynamics 365 CRM including entities, forms, views, workflows, and dashboards.
• Translate business needs into CRM configurations and enhancement designs.
• Validate features against acceptance criteria through testing and defect retests.
• Develop functional documentation and end-user guidance materials.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, testers, and stakeholders to support implementations.
• Provide best-practices guidance on when to use configuration vs. custom development.
• Support related enterprise apps and technologies such as SharePoint.
