The Paris Group is seeking a Systems Analyst to serve as the in-house SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and plant production systems at the Kansas City facility. You will own master data, configure production workflows, and drive data governance and reporting across operations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in an ERP or business systems environment.
• Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT), test plan development and test execution.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) (Preferred)
• Experience working alongside external implementation consultants (Preferred)
• Experience with integration documentation and specification writing (Preferred)

Responsabilités

• Own the accuracy and integrity of master data across ERP and production systems, including items, bills of materials (BOMs), routings, lot tracking, and approved substitutes.
• Define, maintain, and support production order workflows across green coffee, roasting, packaging, finished goods, and street business operations.
• Conduct recurring audits and data validation reviews to identify and resolve inconsistencies, duplicate records, transaction errors, and missing data.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for roasting, packaging, warehouse management, and ERP systems, including system configuration, integrations, troubleshooting, user training, and adoption of best practices.
• Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) governing transactional processes, system usage, and cross-functional workflows to drive consistency, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Design, validate, and deliver operational reporting and analytics, including production performance, inventory status, throughput, productivity, and exception reporting, enabling real-time decision-making and continuous process improvement.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance teams to continuously improve processes, strengthen data governance and ensure alignment between system transactions and physical operations.
• Lead process improvement initiatives by identifying root causes of operational and data-related issues, recommending corrective actions and implementing scalable solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy and visibility.
