Job summary

ManpowerGroup's client is seeking a Senior Solutions Analyst in Cincinnati to lead Dynamics 365 Business Central initiatives across warehousing, manufacturing and supply chain. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for BC configuration or development, and coordinate with internal developers, ISV partners, and Microsoft resources.

The role focuses on hands-on data analysis with SQL to support testing, migration, and troubleshooting, and includes change management,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) implementations or major enhancements.
• Experience in warehousing/distribution and manufacturing environments, including inventory management and production processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose root causes through data and process analysis.
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and interpreting data structures.
• Ability to manage vendor/ISV relationships and coordinate technical resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) initiatives across warehousing, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for BC configuration or development.
• Coordinate with internal developers, ISV partners, and Microsoft resources on custom development, AL extensions, and third-party integrations.
• Perform hands‑on data analysis and validation using SQL to support testing, migration, and troubleshooting.
• Support change management, end-user training, and provide day-to-day troubleshooting for BC-related processes and systems.
