Alliance North America (ANA) is seeking a Senior ERP Planning and MRP Analyst to join our Henderson, NV team in a fully onsite role. The position runs weekdays 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and reports to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning.

You will lead the Planning workstream during deployment and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, define planning processes, and drive continuous improvement across Sales, Demand, Planning, Purchasing, Inventory, and Production.

Formación

• 4+ years in production planning, MRP, ERP, or related manufacturing roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including optimization.
• Experience configuring planning parameters such as reorder policies, safety stock, lead times, lot sizes, and planning horizons.
• Experience with data migration, testing, go-live support, and stabilization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Planning workstream during BC deployment, rollout, and ongoing optimization.
• Configure and optimize MRP parameters (lead times, safety stock, reorder policies, lot sizes).
• Translate demand, sales orders, and forecasts into executable material and production plans.
• Develop and maintain planning KPIs, dashboards, and controls for visibility and decisions.
• Train planners and operational users on BC functionality and standardized processes.
• Collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, Operations, Engineering, Finance, IT, and external partners.
