Job summary

Alliance North America (ANA) is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to onsite in Henderson, NV. You will own the day-to-day configuration, support, and continuous improvement of ANA’s finance-related systems within Dynamics 365 Business Central and Salesforce.

You will work closely with Finance and the Business Applications & Support Desk Manager to ensure data accuracy across GL, AP/AR, costing, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, CS, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of finance systems experience within an ERP environment (GL, AP/AR, costing, financial reporting).
• 3–5+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central configuration, security, and workflow.
• 1–3+ years of Salesforce configuration, security, and reporting.
• Experience with Power BI, Jet Reports, or SSRS for finance reporting.
• 2+ years SQL and relational databases experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Business Central finance modules (GL, costing, dimensions).
• Support month-end/quarter-end processes and reconciliations.
• Build reports and dashboards for Finance (GL, AP/AR, costing).
• Ensure data integrity and secure data exchange with Salesforce.
