Job summary

FeltRight LLC. in Bluffdale, Utah seeks an ERP/Accounting Operations professional to own end-to-end processes across Dynamics 365 Business Central and QuickBooks Online.

You will administer BC users, master data, and workflows, while reconciling between BC and QuickBooks and ensuring accurate financials. You’ll manage AP/AR, month-end close, and tax-related tasks, collaborate with our external IT partner, and look for opportunities to streamline data flows and reduce manual work across multiple

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in accounting ops with hands-on ERP ownership.
• Hands-on GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations.
• ERP admin: configure workflows, master data, and reports.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets: pivots, lookups, data reconciliation.
• BC Dynamics 365 experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Avalara and Shopify is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal administrator for Business Central: user setup, permissions, roles, and security.
• Maintain core master data and enforce standards that keep it clean.
• Configure and refine workflows across inventory, purchasing, and order management.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for inventory, purchasing, and fulfillment.
• Troubleshoot issues, document processes, and train team members.
• Manage integrations between BC, Shopify, and other systems.
• Coordinate with BC partner on upgrades, releases, and configuration work.
• Manage AP/AR in QuickBooks Online.
• Support month-end close, journal entries, and financial statement review.
• Partner with outside accounting on close, year-end, and audits.
• Own monthly reconciliation between BC and QuickBooks Online.
• Investigate discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Reconcile inventory valuation between BC and GL.
• Document data flow to avoid knowledge silos.
• Oversee multi-state sales tax remittance with Avalara across ~30 states.
• Monitor nexus thresholds and manage new registrations.
• Maintain exemption certificate records.
• Liaise with IT provider; manage SaaS licenses; evaluate new tools.
