Job summary

WBE Technologies LLC in Renton, WA is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead our day-to-day accounting and strengthen financial operations across product sales, services, and project work.

The role requires GAAP expertise, 5 years in senior accounting leadership, and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will partner with operations and leadership to improve processes and ensure accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• CPA with degree in accounting/finance (Bachelor's or Master’s) required.
• 5 years of controller or senior accounting leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience managing accounting in a distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, general ledger management, month-end close, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Oversee the general ledger, COA, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
