Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ year ERP implementation experience in a professional services firm or 3+ years of private industry ERP implementation experience; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel about 20% to client locations within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise client Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation engagements including complex configurations, development, and integrations
• Define, drive, and execute key initiatives for implementation, delivery, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for supply chain and manufacturing purposes
• Facilitate discussions with business and technical stakeholders to gather business requirements and functional requirements, and identify functional gaps
• Present a vision and recommend solutions to stakeholders in the form of software products, customizations, and integrations
• Work directly with manufacturing and distribution clients to develop functional design documents and related solution design; configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central software
• Utilize ERP implementation standards and tools to deliver client solutions while managing data and task execution
• Assist with research and development to anticipate and understand the market and equip the team to effectively meet client needs
