Job summary

Wipfli is seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Central Senior Consultant to lead full-cycle BC implementations for manufacturing and distribution clients, driving configurations, integrations, and delivery quality.

You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, create designs, and present solutions, while training clients and guiding implementation teams.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years ERP implementation experience in a professional services firm or 5+ years of private industry ERP implementation experience with 1+ year in a professional services firm; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience is highly preferred
  • Experience with accounting or finance domain
  • Willingness to travel ~20% within the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation engagements including configurations, development, and integrations
  • Define, drive, and own key initiatives for implementation, delivery, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for supply chain and manufacturing purposes
  • Facilitate discussions with business and technical stakeholders to gather business requirements and functional requirements, and identify functional gaps
  • Present a vision and recommend solutions to stakeholders in the form of software products, customizations, and integrations
  • Work directly with manufacturing and distribution clients to develop functional design documents and related solution design; configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central software
  • Conduct Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central training and workshops for clients
  • Utilize ERP implementation standards and tools to deliver client solutions while managing data and task execution
  • Assist with research and development to anticipate and understand the market and equip the team to effectively meet client needs

  • 5+ yearsofERP implementation experience in a professional services firm or5+ years of private industryERP implementation experiencewith 1+ yearin a professional services firm; Microsoft Dynamics365Business Centralexperience is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of accounting or finance
  • Works toward obtaining additionalappropriate certifications
  • About 20% travelto client locations within the U.S.
  • Demonstrated ownership of tasks and consistent responsibility for execution with clear communication and strong organization
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize multiple projects at once
  • Experience with clients in the manufacturing industrypreferred
  • Knowledge and experience with the Business Central ecosystem of ISV’s and App partners and solutionspreferred

  • Wipfli values fair, transparent, and competitive compensation, considering each candidate's unique skills and experiences.
  • The estimated base pay range for this role is $88,000-118,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.
  • Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
