Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with software implementations and defining business requirements.
• 2+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Experience with software troubleshooting and testing.
• Solid understanding of logical data modeling.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong propensity for innovative thinking balanced with disciplined rigor.
• Desire to help clients maximize value by leveraging technology and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis and design sessions to gather requirements across sales, marketing, service, and operations under guidance.
• Assist in client CRM projects through phases: sales, planning, design, implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and support.
• Translate business requirements into documented specifications, user stories, and designs for solution components.
• Configure, test, and deploy Dynamics CRM solutions and related applications, including test scripts and UAT support.
• Demonstrate functionality to team and clients; support end-user training and documentation.
