Job summary

Quantum World Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Integration Architect to lead end-to-end design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions.

You will architect integrations between BC and CRM, ERP, eCommerce, WMS, HR, using Azure Integration Services or middleware like MuleSoft/Boomi; collaborate in Agile teams and guide lifecycle from requirements to deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise application integration.
• 5+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV implementations and integrations.
• Deep understanding of BC APIs, web services, AL extensions, and integration capabilities.

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Integration Architect to lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions. You will spearhead integration strategies connecting D365 Business Central with core business platforms (CRM, ERP, eCommerce, WMS, HR) using modern cloud technologies and middleware frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture: Design and architect robust integration workflows between D365 Business Central and external ecosystems (Salesforce, Shopify, SAP, Oracle, WMS, etc.).
• Lifecycle Leadership: Drive the full integration lifecycle from requirements gathering and architecture to development oversight, testing, deployment, and support.
• API & Middleware Strategy: Build and review REST, SOAP, and OData services. Architect solutions leveraging Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, API Management) or enterprise middleware like MuleSoft and Boomi.
• Governance & Standards: Define integration patterns, standards, and best practices. Conduct code and architecture reviews to ensure optimal security, performance, and scalability.
• Data Management: Support master data synchronization, data migration initiatives, and event-driven microservices architectures.
• Collaboration: Partner with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and global development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 10+ years in enterprise application integration.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV implementations and integrations.
• Technical Mastery:
• Deep understanding of Business Central APIs, web services, AL extensions, and integration capabilities.
• Hands‑on expertise with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management, Event Grid).
• Strong proficiency in REST, SOAP, OData, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with integration patterns (synchronous, asynchronous, batch, event‑driven).
• Familiarity with middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
• Practices: Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Azure certifications.
• Experience integrating BC with Microsoft Power Platform, Shopify, or major eCommerce platforms.
• Knowledge of EDI and B2B message formats (X12, EDIFACT, cXML).
