Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 architect to deliver architecture solutions across Sales, Service, and related Microsoft Dynamics 365 products. You will design components in an SOA environment, leverage middleware tools such as Mulesoft, and drive successful cloud-based CRM implementations.

The role requires hands-on experience with C#.Net, JavaScript, MS SQL, SSRS, and Azure services for integration, data migration, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service) and related Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite.
• Ability to design components in SOA with middleware tools and support deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical workshops with business and technology partners to design architecture solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and accountability for solution delivery.
• Lead pre-sales efforts and contribute to niche solutions/POCs.
• Advocate best practices for scalable, upgradable CRM solutions.
