Qualifications

• 10+ years of recent experience designing and delivering solutions on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/ Dataverse, including Case Management in GCC or equivalent regulated environments.
• Hands‑on expertise with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate) and Dataverse schema design, security, and performance tuning.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365/Dataverse with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Storage), SharePoint Online, and external systems via REST/OData.
• Demonstrated ALM using Azure DevOps (work items, repos, pipelines) and solution‑based deployment between environments.
• Proven application security and governance in Microsoft 365/Dynamics 365 GCC, including role‑based access, field‑level security, auditing, and DLP policies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and knowledge transfer.
