Job summary

Ascyndent in the United States seeks an experienced Dynamics 365 specialist to lead enterprise app development and system integration efforts.

You will architect scalable D365 Sales solutions, leverage Power Platform and Azure services, and guide distributed teams through end-to-end delivery. This role emphasizes governance, code quality, and collaboration with stakeholders across geographies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise app development with at least 7+ years in Dynamics 365 (Sales is a must).
• Proven experience integrating D365 with external systems via APIs and Azure services.
• Led development teams and managed end-to-end project delivery in distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement scalable D365 Sales customizations and integrations.
• Lead solutioning efforts, run POCs, and establish technical governance.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and champion DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
