Job summary

McLane Global is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Administrator to oversee Finance, SCM, and Warehouse Management configurations and workflows. You will monitor system health, manage incidents, and coordinate deployments with IT and partners in a multi-site warehouse environment.

The role includes supporting inventory, lot/batch traceability, data integration, and reporting using Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft 365 tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent combination may be considered.
At least three years of hands‑on experience administering or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations with SCM/Warehouse Management experience.
Experience supporting warehouse or distribution operations and business users in a multi‑site environment.
Experience managing application security, user permissions, configurations, incidents, and controlled system changes.
Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, functional testing, and user acceptance testing.
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

Administer Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Warehouse Management configurations and settings.
Monitor application health, batch jobs, and performance; investigate failures and coordinate resolution.
Manage incidents, service requests, and communicate status and resolution to teams.
Coordinate updates, releases, environment refreshes, and deployments with IT and partners; maintain change records and recovery plans.
Manage configuration changes across development, test, and production environments with approved procedures.
Support warehouse operations in receiving, putaway, replenishment, inventory transfers, and cycles in Dynamics 365.
Maintain approved warehouse setup including locations, templates, and item tracking.
Support lot and batch traceability, expiration controls, and inventory holds for food distribution operations.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and transaction errors; preserve history and audits.
